July 3, 2013___The Executive Chairman of Kaztec Engineering Limited (KEL), Sir Emeka Offor, has expressed his delight at the recent signing of the contract for Trans-Niger Pipeline Loopline (TNPL) Package 1, between KEL and the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria (SPDC). The objective of the Package 1 project is to construct a 30-inch X 12.5 kilometre Loopline from the Ogale Manifold to TP 1, both in Rivers State.

The incident and rescue occurred on March 15, 2013, approximately 40 nautical miles from the Calabar waterways. The vessel had been en route to Gabon from the Oron quay.
